Our standard MOQ for most custom printed boxes (like mailer, retail, and product boxes) is 100 units. This allows us to cover the initial setup for
printing plates and die-cuts efficiently. If you are ordering complex rigid boxes or require a sample-only run, the minimum may vary—please contact us for a specific quote.
Absolutely. We provide complimentary design assistance to help you finalize your artwork, ensure proper bleeds and cut lines, and place your logo correctly on the die line. If you need a complete concept built from scratch, our full-service design team can handle it for a separate service fee.
A die line is the flat, unfolded blueprint of your box. It’s essential because it shows the printer exactly where to cut, fold, and glue the box. Once you provide the dimensions and style, we generate a free, production-ready die line template for you to place your artwork onto.
Our standard turnaround time is typically 10–12 business days. We do offer an “Express Rush” option for select projects, which can significantly reduce the production time, but it is subject to material availability and a premium fee.
