At Custom Boxes Makers, we take great pride in producing high-quality, custom-printed packaging designed to meet your exact needs. Since all our boxes are custom-made to order, we can only accept returns or issue refunds under specific circumstances, as outlined below.


1. Custom Order Policy

All products at Custom Boxes Makers are personalized and produced according to your approved design specifications.
Because of the custom nature of our products, returns and cancellations are not accepted once production has started, unless there is a verified defect or printing error caused by us.


2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before final design approval or before production begins.

  • Once an order moves into production, materials and setup costs are incurred, and cancellation is no longer possible.
    If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sales@customboxesmakers.com.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

We take every precaution to ensure your boxes are delivered in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or contains manufacturing defects, please follow these steps:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

  • Our team will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if the defect is verified.

Note: Minor variations in color, material texture, or cutting tolerance (within standard industry limits) do not qualify as defects.


4. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect quantity or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
After verification, we will promptly arrange for a correction, replacement, or refund as applicable.


5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process once approved.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-designed or printed boxes

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Orders with approved proofs and no verified manufacturing defect


7. Lost Packages

If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
We’ll coordinate with the courier service to investigate the issue and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


8. Color Disclaimer

Due to variations in monitor display settings and printing processes, actual colors may differ slightly from those shown in proofs or digital previews. Such differences are not considered manufacturing errors.


9. How to File a Claim

To report an issue or request a refund/replacement, please contact our support team with the following:
