At Custom Boxes Makers, we take pride in delivering your custom packaging safely, securely, and on time. Our goal is to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition — no matter where they are in the world.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after final design approval and payment confirmation.

  • Standard Production Time: 8–12 business days (depending on order complexity and quantity).

  • Rush Orders: Available on request for an additional fee.
    Once your order enters production, we will keep you informed at every step via email updates.


2. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted courier and freight companies to provide reliable delivery worldwide.

  • Domestic Deliveries (U.S.): Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • International Deliveries: Shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent to you once your order is dispatched.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on order size, weight, and destination.

  • Estimated shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

  • Bulk and wholesale orders may qualify for discounted shipping rates.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After production is complete, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within the United States: 2–5 business days

  • International Deliveries: 6–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, courier delays, or external factors beyond our control.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and courier link.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website to stay updated on its progress.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We package every order carefully to prevent damage. However, if your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Include clear photos and your order number when reporting any issue.
    We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates before placing an order.

9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before finalizing your order.

  • Custom Boxes Makers is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses.
    If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping fees will apply.
