At Custom Boxes Makers, we aim to deliver your custom packaging safely, quickly, and on time. Our delivery process is designed to ensure your boxes arrive in perfect condition, ready to use.
1. Processing Time
All custom orders are processed once design approval and payment are confirmed.
Standard Production Time: 8–12 business days (depending on order size and complexity).
Rush Orders: Available on request for an additional fee.
You will receive an order confirmation email followed by updates on your order status.
2. Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted courier and logistics companies to ensure reliable delivery.
Domestic Orders: Shipped via leading local carriers (TCS, Leopards, M&P, etc.)
International Orders: Delivered through DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after production:
Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days
International: 6–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, weather, or courier delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your boxes securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not reach you within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos or order details. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
7. Delivery Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries. However, certain regions may have restrictions due to logistics or customs regulations. Please contact us before placing an order if you are unsure about delivery availability in your area.
